Your guarantee of
service quality

London Gatwick is voted one of the top international airports by the travel industry, an accolade which reflects our flexible customer-oriented approach and our attention to detail. No matter how sophisticated our systems and operations, we believe it is absolutely vital to get the basics right.

We also offer a Service Quality Rebate Scheme and attractive support packages for start-up operations.

The sale of BAA Gatwick to GIP

The competition commission noted that BAA's Gatwick sale "has given a foretaste of the benefits competition can bring."

"The CAA view is that additional airport competition has the potential to deliver real benefits for airlines and consumers in terms of improving the airport experience"

What our airlines say

"Ryanair hopes that this latest confirmation decision will finally end the BAA monopoly's policy of using its legal stratagems to delay this sale, while it continues to overcharge airlines at Stansted to generate excess monopoly profits, while losing more routes and traffic."

"Gatwick was chosen as it demonstrated a passion to work with us in realising our objectives to grow passenger traffic between our hubs in Asia Pacific and London"
Azran Osman-Rani - CEO Air Asia X
