Commencing operations at the airport
need not be a daunting prospect
Should Gatwick be fortunate enough to gain your business, Angus and I are here to ensure as smooth a start as possible for your airline. We'll give you our personal attention at every step of the way and we'll walk you through the following start up checklist to ensure that your airline settles into the airport safely and securely. For a full list of these requirements, just e-mail either of us in the Airline Development team - simon.edwards@gatwickairport.com or angus.mcintyre@gatwickairport.com.

- New airlines (US Registered or other's with National Security Mandates) are required to make carrier specific arrangements with 3rd Party Security Companies and/or their Handling Agents or Representatives

The airport currently has a SITA CUTE environment across all check-in desks and gate boarding areas
- SITA MSGA: Airlines should note that SITA might request sign-off with HQ SITA on a SITA Master Service Guarantee Agreement (MSGA) as part of the pre-start up of services

Airlines Operators Committee (AOC)
- New carriers are invited to be members of the AOC to ensure direct access to information regarding the multitude of negotiations/information circulation that is a function of the AOC
